Program #158 – “Ebola” –11/09/2014 – Synopsis

Program #158 is a doctrinal message on the theology of disease. People are asking questions, and the Christian ought to be able to supply Biblical insights into natural disasters. My outline is quite simple: (1) God sends plagues, and (2) God sends plagues for the salvation of His people. Plenty of Scripture texts and examples are given to support these two basic, but controversial, points. The media may have left the Ebola crisis for the next sensational news story, but I have a hunch that this disease will be with us for a long time to come. It may pop up again when we least expect it.
