605 (Video 261) Homosexuality & Capital Punishment

Uganda passed a new law requiring the death penalty for aggravated homosexuality (homosexual rape).  Senator Ted Cruz Tweeted out that, “Any law criminalizing homosexuality or imposing the death penalty for ‘aggravated homosexuality’ is grotesque & an abomination.”   Is that true?  This event becomes an opportunity to look into what the Bible has to say about the role of the state in enforcing the moral law of God.
