Not that the political left actually believes in Biblical authority, but they use misinterpretations of the Bible (when convenient) for the purpose of muddying the waters and gaining political points. After looking at some Biblical texts on the misuse of Scripture, I cover some common Scripture-twisting techniques illustrated with current examples in the news.
