#540 (Video 204) War & Rumors of War – Ukraine

Of course this week’s program is about the Russian invasion into Ukraine. After refuting some conspiracy theories, and covering some insight into what is going on, my main focus is on what the Bible has to say about war.  Why does the Bible contain so many accounts of ancient battles?   God is communicating the timeless truth that if you obey God you win, if you disobey God you lose.  When we get to the New Testament, earthly warfare is no longer used to illustrate the point.  In the New Testament, the emphasis is on the more important battle between God and Satan, and the state of your soul.
