597 (Video 254) Jacob’s Troubles

Leftist in Israel erupted in protest when the conservative Knesset passed a law giving the Knesset the power to veto Supreme Court rulings.   The courts in Israel are controlled by the elite, secular, leftist intellectuals. We all know that  if the current make up the court was conservative and the Knesset leftist, the Left would have applauded this new legislation.  But what matters for the ungodly is power, not principle.   These events remind us of the conflict throughout all of Israel’s history, and  throughout all human history.
