#24 Judicial Tyranny

Judicial tyranny #24 – – Oct. 10 2010

Synopsis: The program Judicial Tyranny discussed the abuse of the courts in liberalizing the moral law of America. Examples are given of how the courts have made themselves into a “secular papacy,” having made themselves the final authority of matters of faith and morals. The judicial philosophy of the legal education system is explained as the cause for the liberal leaning of the Judicial branch. Possible solutions to judicial activism are covered. The program concludes with a reminder that God’s law is never abrogated by men, and that the judges that rule contrary to God’s law are only deceiving the public—making them believe law has been changed.
