Radio Program #377 “Christianity and the U.S. Constitution” 1-20-2019 – Synopsis

There is a disagreement among Christian Scholars regarding the virtue of the U.S. Constitution. Some claim it is a godly Christian document, other see the Constitution as the seed of our destruction, in that it left God out. Because of the requests of some listeners, this weeks program is another attempt to sort this all out. Whether perfect or flawed, I explain how U.S. Constitution parallels the Mosaic Covenant. As Israel abandoned her covenant, America has abandoned the Constitution. This is no surprise because the law written on tablets of stone is powerless to make a people righteous. The program is also a review of Jenna Ellis’ book, The Legal Basis for a Moral Constitution.
