609 (Video 265) Beware Leftist Justice

The Supreme Court passed two important rulings; and as is usually the case, the Liberal and Conservative justices took opposite positions.  This is a good opportunity to again discuss the Leftist foundation for ethics and why they always rule in a certain direction.
