This week’s program is a studio recording of my message at The Bridge Christian Radio event at Ocean Grove, NJ (Bridgefest). Since 2 Thessalonians is such a significant prophetic text for the church, I have been gradually working through the text over the last three Bridgefests. While the more well-known book of the Revelation deals with prophetic events within the coming Apocalypse, 2 Thessalonians 2 addresses the signs the church must look for preceding the apocalypse.

A working outline of 2 Thessalonians 2 could be as follows:

2:1-5 – What will come

2:6-7 – How it will come

2:8-9 – Who will come

2:10-12 – Why it will come

2:13-17 – How it will end

In this first of two messages at Bridgefest 2017, I look at Paul’s explanation for what will bring about the apostasy and the man of lawlessness.
